DIRECTOR

With over two decades of experience in the commercial construction sector, Jamie brings a deep, practical understanding of project delivery from both contractor and client perspectives. His portfolio spans the full spectrum of commercial development — from fast-paced refurbishments in the hundreds of thousands to complex, multi- tenanted retail and commercial projects valued in the tens of millions.

Jamie has worked extensively on both sides of the project equation, giving him a well- rounded grasp of the challenges, priorities, and commercial drivers that shape successful outcomes. His client-side experience includes serving as Director at Jachie Property, a boutique development management firm, where he led projects through every stage of the lifecycle — from concept and feasibility through to approvals, construction, and final handover.

Backed by strong industry knowledge and an extensive national network of consultants, contractors and suppliers, Jamie is known for his strategic, hands-on approach and consistent ability to deliver commercially focused results in complex, high-pressure environments.

 
 

LACHLAN GILES

DIRECTOR

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Lachlan brings a strategic vision, hands-on leadership and a deep commitment to quality and integrity in every project. As the Director of Gard he oversees all aspects of the business - from project planning and client relations, to operational execution and team development.

Driven by a passion for building lasting structures and long-term client relationships, Lachlan takes pride in cultivating a collaborative work culture and mentoring the next generation of construction professionals.

Working across various market sectors including retail, fuel, fast food, industrial and commercial offices Lachlan approaches each project with precision, professionalism, and a clear vision for success.

    With a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from Monash University, coupled with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Petros brings his collaborative, solutions-focused mindset, backed by a solid engineering background to Gard.

    With expertise in Contract Administration, Estimating and Design Management for residential, government and commercial retail projects, Michelle brings an enthusiasm and attention to detail, while seamlessly engaging with clients, consultants, and subbies alike.
